Best Booty Exercises for Increasing Size, Roundness, and Firmness

Our blog is focused on sharing quality information to our readers that can help them achieve their dream body without resorting to surgery.

We’ve already talked plenty about natural bum enlargement through pumps, creams, and supplements; so I wanted to change things up a bit.

For this reason, I thought that it would be very cool and interesting to do an article on the best booty exercises that you can do right now to get your butt growing, faster.

best booty exercises

I would like to start off by saying that weight training is an incredible discipline that has allowed millions of people to transform their bodies through hard work and dedication.

There’s no way around it; exercise will make your booty bigger, harder, and perkier. If you like to work out, you’ll definitely love adding these exercises to your routine. Ready to get started?

Squats are truly the bread and butter of weight training. There is no exercise that can substitute or even come close to generating the same results as the squat.

Bodybuilders, soccer players, ballet dancers – and every type of athlete that you can even think of, will do squats to enhance their athletic performance.

Squats build muscle, increase power and burn a ton of calories, but more importantly – they directly grow the gluteal muscles.

barbell squats

The cool thing about squats is that there are tons of ways that you can do them. My personal favorite will always be the barbell squat because you can go heavier and place a greater amount of stress on the glutes.

With that being said, you can do them with your own body weight, dumbbells, or even with a kettlebell or exercise ball.

If you want to go heavier but you don’t have access to a gym, you can always use a backpack and add small weight increments to overload the muscles.

Squats are great for building size and overall density but lunges are incredible at developing shape and roundness.

They aren’t the easiest exercise to do –particularly if your balance isn’t that great- but the burn and results that they can help you achieve are unmatched by any other exercise on the planet.

Just like squats, there are tons of variations that you can do with these to suit your needs. The best part about this exercise is that you can do them anywhere without having to use gym equipment.

weighted lunges

I would suggest that you start out with bodyweight lunges and work yourself up to either barbell or dumbbell lunges once you get used to the movement. A backpack will also easily work here.

You don’t need to go too heavy on these and you want to make sure that you squeeze at the top of each repetition.

At first, you will hate these, but you’ll quickly learn to love them as you begin to see your booty grow. Lunges will also build and tone your legs while improving your balance.

The deadlift is arguably one of the most demanding exercises that anyone can perform at the gym; it takes a lot of practice to perfect and it requires a lot of energy to do.

A lot of people like to compare it with the squat because they both generate unbelievable results but require a ton of effort to do properly.

Deadlifts are traditionally done with a barbell but can also be performed with dumbbells or a kettlebell. If you’re working out from home and don’t have a set of free weights, you can also use a backpack or another compact object that’s easy to grip.

As far as barbell deadlifting goes, there are two variations; sumo and conventional. Conventional deadlifting is harder to get used to than sumo and it focuses on exercising the leg and back muscles.

The cool thing about sumo is that it’s extremely easy to do, it doesn’t place much stress on your back, and it directly targets the buttocks.

If you want your booty to grow drastically, I would suggest that you stick to sumo.

Hip Thrusts

The hip thrust has taken over social media as famous female personalities claim that it’s the greatest “untold secret” for building a big butt.

Although the squat is the king of all lower-body exercises; I’m inclined to believe that hip thrusts are actually better at targeting the booty.

Hip thrusts are a serious game changer that will transform your current perception of working out. You honestly need to try them in order to understand what I’m talking about.

This specific exercise is incredible at adding size and thickness to your body. If you don’t believe me, give them a try and get ready to be blown away.

Add to this the fact that they are a great movement for improving your posture and mobility, and you have yourself a winning combination. Trust me on this and don’t skip this exercise!

Why Did I Choose These Exercises?

Even though these are my best booty exercises picks; there are tons of other great movements out there that can also be done to see great results.

question markI chose these because they are strongly believed to be the best by elite athletes and bodybuilders. Plus, you can easily do them without having to join a gym.

I’m confident that if you do these exercises and stick with them for at least a couple of months; you will begin to see great results.

Plenty of plastic surgeons have actually chimed in on the subject and have confirmed that exercise is a great way to increase bum size naturally.

Sadly, not everyone wants to work out and improve their physical appearance through hard work and consistency.

The glutes are some of the biggest muscles in your entire body. If you train them, they won’t have any other option but to grow.

I personally love to work out while listening to some upbeat music on my headphones and wouldn’t trade it for anything else in the world.

The truth is that you don’t actually need a pump or a cream to see your booty grow because you can do it with just exercise.

With that being said, these tools are frequently used alongside exercise to generate faster and greater results.

The awesome thing about exercise is that it actually clears your mind, improves your mood, and is just incredible for your overall health.

The exercises that I talked about in this blog entry won’t just make your booty grow. They will also build and tone your legs so they can be symmetrical with your buttocks.

I know that a lot of people think that they will look like the hulk if they exercise, but they won’t; it’s just a common misconception. Amanda Bucci is a great example of what a natural booty built with exercise looks like.
